Application:

They are mainly suitable for various kinds of PE, PP, PS, ABS, PC, PET, PMMA, EVA, PVC and others. The largest width is 5000mm, the thickness is 0.1-30mm. Through different arrangement, the equipment can meet different demands, such as adding drying device and other auxiliary equipment.

 

The three-roller is a device that is professionally used for calendering extruded plastic into a sheet. According to different materials and process requirements, the rollers have different structures such as super-mirror, embossing and rubber. The temperature control has different media such as water and oil. According to the installation method, it is divided into vertical and horizontal type. The vertical type is mainly calendered on the front side and the horizontal type is calendered on the bottom side.

The three-roller is driven independently by a calender roll, and the speed can be single or combined. The temperature can be adjusted independently. The roller gap is freely adjustable according to different calendering thicknesses.

The three-roller is controlled by closed-loop servo of AC variable frequency encoder. The rotation angle of the motor shaft is directly collected, and the actual rotation speed of the roller is measured to achieve the purpose of high-precision rotation speed control. The roller material is made of 45# high quality seamless steel pipe welded with a spiral guide groove. With high temperature rotary joints, stainless steel metal hoses, etc.
